Axial Safety Locking
Axial Safety Locking - Designated in the part number by -SI . Most couplings can be supplied with an additional axial safety locking feature. Disconnection can only be performed when both locking sleeve and locking ring are pulled back against spring force and turned against each other by 90 degrees. Shown below, the locking ring is being retracted into the locking position.
Ring Grips
Ring Grips - Designated in the part number by -GG . Available for many of the larger bore couplings, ring grips will aid in the disconnect of the coupling halves when used in applications with limited access, high operating temperatures, etc. Standard material is aluminum. Other materials available, please inquire.
Locking Aid
Locking Aid - Designated in the part number by -VH . For easier operation, the locking sleeve on the coupling body can be secured in the retracted position. When mating the components, the locking sleeve is released and springs forward into the locking position.
